Abstract

Currently, the pollination process is threatened by several environmental problems, partly because of the ecosystem’s alterations; thus, it is necessary to take actions that contribute to protect them. An strategy is to promote, in schools, the establishment of gardens that attract pollinators, the gardens become an approach for Environmental Education (EE) through a model of living classroom. The EE is a process geared towards the formation of citizens that construct eco-friendly values, develop skills and attitudes to live in sustainable way with their culture and environment.
